National Doctors' Day​

March 30 marks a very special day for physicians across the country as we celebrate National Doctors' Day! The Alliance will once again honor physicians by extending an opportunity to our members to submit names of doctors that are special to them.

 

This tradition began when the Barrow County Auxiliary in Georgia held the very first Doctors' Day Observance on March 30, 1933.  Cards were mailed to beloved local doctors and their spouses.  We continue this tradition of honoring our wonderful physicians each year.

 

Doctors' Day is a day to honor our spouses and any physician who has touched our lives in a positive way.  It is also a day to share with the public the amazing achievements made by these physicians in medicine and health care. 

 

Have a formal card sent to honor the physicians in your lives by submitting a form for EACH physician that you would like to honor and then submit ONE payment for $20 per honoree.

 

Payment can be in one of two ways:

- Send a check (made out to the Lucas County Medical Alliance) to Joyce Stengle: 2817 Westchester Rd, Toledo, OH 43615

 

OR

 

- Pay via PayPal 

 

Payments and forms must be submitted by MARCH 23, 2025 and the physicians will receive the card before March 30th.
